T'ND Graphics Ltd. was established in 1978 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The company, a pioneer in the PCB layout design world started out using tape and donuts to produce high-quality Printed Circuit Layouts, hence the name T'nD Graphics. 

In 1990, the company moved to Victoria, BC and has no longer offers any PCB layout services.

In 1997 we acquired Horizon Net, a mid-sized Internet Service Provider. We offer a range of services including Internet Access via dial-up, Web Site Hosting, Domain Registration, one-on-one training and computer system solutions for your business.

As the use of the Internet continues to impact how business communication is conducted, our goal is to assist businesses in taking advantage of the Internet and to expand their markets and improve the way they do business.
